This unusual, lovely crucifx is hand-cast from a 19th century Latin American antique, in solid bronze. Its openwork design gives it an airy appearance, but it is substantial and pleasant in the hand.

The luminous prayer beads are natural Mother of Pearl — beige aswirl with white, with tiny flecks and streaks of rose — they seem to glow from within.

Handcast beads of bronze and elongated beads of burnt horn are placed alongside each Pater bead.

Matte glass beads in mauves and olive separate the prayer beads.

The interesting texture of the rosary center nicely complements the texture of the crucifix. The center is solid bronze, hand-cast from a vintage piece.

The connecting rings are solid bronze.

The rosary is strung on premium quality Soft Flex jewelers' cable, composed of 49 strands of steel encased in nylon, with a test strength of 26 pounds; each end is double-crimped for security.
