This chaplet was inspired by Lydia of Philippi. Lydia was a dealer in purple cloth — we've used purple beads here in her honor.

The lovely crucifix is cast from an antique original, in solid bronze.

The gorgeous royal purple Ave beads are Russian-cut faceted Czech glass.

The wooden Pater bead is carved with stylized leaves. Its caps are deep purple Czech pressed glass, with small decorative beads cast of bronze.

Alongside the Pater, and at the each end of the strand are beads of solid brass. Separating the prayer beads are small beads of matte glass in various deep shades. The connecting rings are all solid bronze.
